We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, new, unworn and unused (completely free of marks, stains, makeup, deodorant), with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return:
Send an email with your order number and reason for your return to firstname.lastname@example.org. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues:
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items:
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like swimwear, undergarments, one piece rompers for infants, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on via store credit. Expect a store credit in 1-2 business days.

The Future of D1 does not provide pre-paid return labels; you are responsible for covering shipping costs to return.
All returns will be refunded as store credit in the form of an E-Gift Card code.
E-gift cards will be processed once the item is returned to us and the condition is assessed.
Please allow 5-7 days for delivery of e-gift card.

Items must be sent back within 10 days of the delivery date.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached.
All items with prices ending in $.96, .97, .98 and .99 are considered Final Sale and cannot be returned for store credit.

The Future of D1 is not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in-transit. Please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your returns.
